This is one of my favorite pictures of my friend Alex. I was really afraid that they didn’t like it because I taken it years ago for a promotional shoot but hadn’t used for any of their promotional materials. They recently shared it on their social media and I am happy to share it here.

A few years ago, I doing a shoot for Hilo Pride and I met a skater named Ally of whom I asked to take her picture while doing a trick. After the event, she loved the quick shot I took of her and we got into a conversation on how she wanted to do a shoot for herself to show off her moves and progress.
Artistic Photography
My friend Aurora wanted to use her high school prom dress that was perfect for a witchy/high fantasy shoot in a forest. Modeling and photography are one of mutual creative outlets. We shot this up in Bird Park (Kipukapuaulu Trail) in one evening as the sun was going down and followed it up with Tacos.
